Shipping policy
SNG Cosmetics and Wellness ships throughout India!
We usually dispatch most orders within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
1.1 We package our products in boxes and/or tamper proof paper or plastics bags. Each individual product is packaged in bubble wrap to ensure complete protection. We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging.
1.2 Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a perfect condition. After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner. Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possibility.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order. You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. We have standard shipping charges for most addresses. A flat Rs.29 (subject to change) charge is applied to all orders below Rs.799, while there is free shipping for all orders above Rs.799.
1.3 For orders that are cancelled after dispatch and while in transit, or rejected (in case of COD orders) shipping costs will be charged for both to & fro at actuals. For pre-paid orders same will be deducted during the refund process.
SNG Cosmetics and Wellness is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
